MARKET UNIVERSE

One portal.
Fourteen themes.

The market library separates public securities, private-company themes, digital assets and research categories so investors can understand what a displayed value actually represents before making decisions. Every market page provides context on the business or theme, the factors that may influence value, liquidity considerations, the way Muskpartners records valuations and the principal risks investors should review.

VALUATION DISCIPLINE

A number needs
an explanation.

Public securities can use observable market prices. Private-company and thematic categories require a documented valuation basis, date and source. Muskpartners' admin panel can raise or reduce model valuations, and linked portfolio records recalculate automatically. A displayed value should always be understood in the context of the instrument, source and liquidity available.

01

Public price

For listed securities, reference an appropriate market data source and record when the quote was captured. Exchange prices can still move materially between the displayed time and any real-world execution.

02

Private mark

For private-company themes, treat administrative values as model marks unless a verified secondary transaction or authorised valuation source exists. Private marks can differ from eventual transaction prices.

03

Portfolio effect

When an administrator changes a model valuation, every active holding linked to that category is recalculated from its recorded units plus any separately posted adjustments.

04

Audit trail

Deposits, withdrawals, allocations, profits and losses are recorded in the platform ledger for review, creating a clearer history of administrative activity.

RESEARCH PROCESS

Look beyond
the headline.

A theme can be exciting while still being unsuitable for a particular investor. Our market pages encourage a structured review of business quality, competitive position, financing needs, legal structure, liquidity, time horizon and downside before any allocation is considered.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Know the exposure

Identify whether the category represents a listed security, private company, digital asset or research-only theme.

02 / ASSESS

Measure uncertainty

Review the major value drivers, the reliability of available pricing and the possibility that access or liquidity may be limited.

03 / MONITOR

Follow changes

Track valuation updates, portfolio records and ledger activity over time rather than relying on a single snapshot.

A BETTER DECISION FRAME

Questions worth
asking twice.

Good research is less about finding one persuasive number and more about understanding which assumptions carry the conclusion. Use these questions before interpreting any platform valuation or portfolio record.

01

What is the instrument?

Distinguish a listed share, a private-company interest, a model allocation, and a research theme. Their legal rights and liquidity can be very different.

02

Who sets the value?

Identify whether the figure is an exchange quote, financing reference, third-party estimate, or platform-administered mark.

03

What could change the thesis?

Consider competition, capital requirements, regulation, customer adoption, execution, interest rates, and information quality.

04

When can value become cash?

A displayed portfolio value is not the same as liquidity. Muskpartners positions have a two-year term and administrator-reviewed redemption.
